Delete my data
Send the form below and we delete the data we hold about you. You don't need an account.
What we delete
- Photos you uploaded to a search.
- Face data made from those photos.
- Your details: email, name and phone, if you gave them.
- Checking for new posts: we stop checking for you.
What we keep
- Payment records: date, amount and the last 4 digits of the card, for up to 7 years, because tax and fraud laws require it. We never hold full card numbers.
- Search records without photos, to protect against fraud and payment disputes.
- Your consent record, which shows what you agreed to and when.
How long it takes
- You send the form. We get it right away.
- We also cancel any active plan we find. To be sure you are not charged again while we work on your request, cancel your plan first.
- We delete your data within 30 days and email you when it is done.
